Our current ResClub member/investor portfolio includes completed projects that are enjoying club member use along with outside rentals. When you invest, you’ll designate a destination as your home property for vacation use. From year to year you can stay at other ResClub properties as well as throughout our 800,000 MyResClub locations.
As a Member/Investor your financial interest is in a Club structure – that is, a single fund owns all the properties in the portfolio. This mitigates the risk associated with a single residence or single resort destination. As a reminder, you can exit your investment at any time after five years, 100% buyback.
As a Club Member Investor be sure to reserve your vacation time by August 1 in advance of your use year. Any booking after that will be based on availability at the time of booking. Think you’ll need an occasional change of scene? No worries. You can vacation at any of our ResClub properties worldwide. Just sign the waiver on your contract to avoid location change fees for the lifetime of your membership.
You can change the amount of vacation time, and ROI, from year to year. The program is completely flexible should you wish to amend weeks of personal usage during your membership period, providing that any request is received by August 1st, the year prior to reservation dates request.
All membership programs may be transferred to any family member at any stage throughout the duration of the program. It may also be sold at any time for any price, however, the fixed annual return program is NOT transferable with any personal sale, only with a family transfer authorized by ResClub.
